These Terms and Conditions establish the agreed-upon terms between ACCLIMATE HR CONSULTING LLC, a Washington State limited liability company (also referred to as referred to as the "Company", “we”, “us”, "they", or “our”) and individuals or entities purchasing its Silver, Gold, or Platinum HR Subscriptions, (also referred to as “Client", “Purchaser”, “you”, or “your”) and any Products, Resources, Templates, Downloads, Documents, Purchases, and Materials, furnished by ACCLIMATE HR CONSULTING LLC (referred to as HR Resouces). Both ACCLIMATE HR CONSULTING LLC and Client are also known as a “party” or collectively the “parties”. The Client engages ACCLIMATE HR CONSULTING LLC to provide human resources consulting services as specified under the chosen Subscription on the ACCLIMATE HR CONSULTING LLC Subscription Services Website. The engagement term starts on the Subscription purchase date. Fees are outlined on the Acclimate HR Consulting LLC Subscription Service Packages Website, with monthly charges applied to the Client's payment method. Service may halt due to delayed payments, with a potential interest of 20% monthly for missed payments. Additional services are separately invoiced. Unless terminated per these Terms, Subscriptions last until the specified end date. Acclimate HR may cancel the subscription at any time. The client may cancel, downgrade, or upgrade the subscription at any time. Cancellation notifications go to info@acclimatehr.com. Post-termination, obligations concerning Intellectual Property and Confidentiality persist for both parties. Unsatisfied clients should contact info@acclimatehr.com. ACCLIMATE HR CONSULTING LLC commits to maintaining the confidentiality of all sensitive and personal data pertaining to the Client and their employees. This includes, but is not limited to, personal identification information, employment records, and any other sensitive information entrusted to us during the term of the Subscription. We will implement and maintain industry-standard security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of such information. ACCLIMATE HR CONSULTING LLC will exert all reasonable efforts to safeguard the confidential and sensitive information of the Client and their employees, in accordance with applicable legal and ethical standards. Communication with ACCLIMATE HR CONSULTING LLC occurs via email, phone, or Zoom, and repeated last-minute cancellations might incur an hourly fee. Calls and emails are responded to within 1-3 business days. ACCLIMATE HR CONSULTING LLC doesn't guarantee the specifics of its consultancy services. Liabilities for incorrect, misleading, or inaccurate materials are not borne by ACCLIMATE HR CONSULTING LLC. They provide services in good faith, with no legal advice or legal accuracy warranty. HR Resources provided are stocked with generalized content, designed to be adapted to the unique characteristics of your organization, in alignment with prevailing federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, regulatory mandates, and union stipulations. The content of the Acclimate HR Consulting LLC Websites is copyrighted and protected by laws in the U.S. and other countries. The company can modify these Terms and their website features, with continued website use implying agreement. These terms outline the independent relationship between the parties, governed by Washington state laws. These Terms and Conditions establish the agreed-upon terms between ACCLIMATE HR CONSULTING LLC, a Washington State limited liability company, and individuals or entities (also referred to as “Client", “Purchaser”, “you”, or “your”) purchasing and/or downloading its Products, Resources, Templates, Downloads, Documents, Purchases, and Materials, furnished by ACCLIMATE HR CONSULTING LLC (including, but not limited to the contents of: www.acclimatehr.com Website Products, Ultimate WA Small Biz HR Toolkit, HR Health Check Assessment, HR Health Check Questionnaire, HR Health Check Report, and HR Health Check Manual, Ultimate HR Template Essential Bundle, Ultimate WA State HR Template Bundle) herein after referred to as "HR Resources". ACCLIMATE HR CONSULTING LLC's goal is to have satisfied customers. If you are not satisfied, please contact info@acclimatehr.com so that ACCLIMATE HR CONSULTING LLC can resolve the problem. TERMS AND CONDITIONS - CAREER DOCUMENTS SERVICES
These Terms and Conditions establish the agreed-upon terms between ACCLIMATE HR CONSULTING LLC, a Washington State limited liability company (also referred to as referred to as “we”, “us”, "they", or “our”) and individuals or entities purchasing its Career Documents Services (also referred to as “Client", “Purchaser”, “you”, or “your”). Upon purchase, the Client engages ACCLIMATE HR CONSULTING LLC for Career Document Writing Services as described in this agreement, agreeing to pay $500 for the Ultimate Professional Toolkit, which includes a resume (or CV), cover letter, and LinkedIn profile. Payment is done via electronic invoice, reflecting the value ACCLIMATE HR CONSULTING LLC offers in terms of expertise, time, project complexity, client intake, content creation, design, layout, and proofreading. The Client's obligation starts from the service purchase date, requiring immediate payment. Work commences post-payment, with ACCLIMATE HR CONSULTING LLC reserving the right to halt further services in case of payment delays. The Client provides career and education data, preferably within seven days, via designated forms. Career Documents are crafted by ACCLIMATE HR CONSULTING LLC and delivered within 10 days post data receipt. Three revision rounds are allowed, with ACCLIMATE HR CONSULTING LLC potentially placing projects on hold for unresponsive clients beyond 30 days and imposing a $100 fee if responses occur after 90 days. Clients should avail themselves for timely queries, with project delays possible for tardy information provision. Engaging additional services from ACCLIMATE HR CONSULTING LLC will be separately invoiced. Dissatisfied clients can address their concerns to info@acclimatehr.com, and either party can terminate the agreement immediately with written notice. The Client's association with ACCLIMATE HR CONSULTING LLC might be used for promotional purposes unless confidentiality is explicitly maintained. ACCLIMATE HR CONSULTING LLC might collaborate with third parties for service delivery, ensuring client confidentiality. ACCLIMATE HR CONSULTING LLC retains the right to regulate service content and might end the service if deemed necessary. Clients might need to register on ACCLIMATE HR CONSULTING LLC's website, maintaining password confidentiality. Services are delivered through email, phone, or virtual meetings, excluding in-person options. These terms define the independent relationship between parties and reflect their mutual understanding. They are governed by Washington state laws. In case of conflicts, only the violating terms might be nullified, and any related disputes will be addressed in Seattle, King County courts.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS - HOURLY CONSULTING SERVICES
These Terms and Conditions establish the agreed-upon terms between ACCLIMATE HR CONSULTING LLC (also referred to as "we", "us", "our", and "they") and clients (also referred "Client", "you", "your") purchasing its Hourly Consulting Services ("Services") and any Products, Resources, Templates, Downloads, Documents, Purchases, and Materials, furnished by ACCLIMATE HR CONSULTING LLC (referred to as HR Resouces). Both parties engage for the provision of human resources consulting services as described in individual Proposals. Proposals, in writing and mutually agreed upon, detail the services, billing rates, and any additional terms. Changes to Proposals require written amendments detailing modifications or additions. Clients will bear all fees and direct expenses, receiving bi-monthly invoices from ACCLIMATE HR CONSULTING LLC. Delinquent payments allow ACCLIMATE HR CONSULTING LLC to halt further services, charge interest at 20% per month on late invoices, and might lead to other service-related consequences. Notably, if draft documents aren’t revised by the Client within 14 days, final documents will be issued and billed accordingly. The agreement’s duration commences on the Agreement's date and lasts until a specified end date unless terminated per its provisions. Extensions require written notices 30 days before the term's expiration. Early terminations can occur under certain breach conditions or with a 30-day notice. If terminated, all pending payments become immediately due. Client confidentiality and the protection of privileged information are paramount. ACCLIMATE HR CONSULTING LLC will not be responsible for Client-initiated changes that contradict ACCLIMATE HR CONSULTING LLC’s recommendations.
